Timelines & Conditions

Standard international delivery typically takes 12–20 business days once the product is fully completed and dispatched from our laboratory.

If you require urgent delivery, Expedited Shipping is available for an additional fee. Please consult with our experts during the checkout process to arrange priority transit.

Transfer of Risk & Liability

S.M.LAB is the manufacturer, not the carrier. Our legal liability for the condition of the goods ends at the moment the securely packaged item is handed over to the courier service. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or delays of third-party logistics providers.

Client Protection Guide (Essential Steps):

1. Inspection upon Arrival:
Always inspect the external packaging BEFORE signing for the delivery. If the box is crushed, punctured, or shows signs of being tampered with, alert the courier immediately.

2. Photo Documentation:
If you notice external damage, take high-resolution photos of the box from all angles before opening it. This is your primary evidence for insurance claims.

3. Reporting Damage:
If the packaging is severely compromised, you have the right to refuse the delivery. If you accept it, you must ensure the courier records a “Damaged upon Receipt” note in their system.

4. Signature Policy:
Be aware that your signature constitutes a legal confirmation that the “Goods were received in good condition.” Claims for external damage made after a clean signature is provided are almost always rejected by insurance companies.

Order Tracking

Every shipment is assigned a unique tracking number. While our system usually sends this automatically via email, you may request your tracking ID manually 48 hours after your “Order Dispatched” notification if it has not been received.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. S.M.LAB does not collect these fees and cannot predict their amount.
